Saefullah meminta Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) mengevaluasi penempatan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil

BKD Instructed to Evaluate CPNS Placement

City Secretary, Saefullah, instructs Jakarta Personnel Board (BKD) to evaluate the placement for civil servants candidates (CPNS) in the environment of Jakarta Provincial Government. This is because until now there are still CPNS being placed in positions that are not compatible with their educational backgrounds and expertise.

CPNS placement must be evaluated. Don’t let smart kids (CPNS) who supposed to be serving (the people), become drivers for urban village heads instead

“CPNS placement must be evaluated. Don’t let smart kids (CPNS) who supposed to be serving (the people), become drivers for urban village heads instead,” he stated, Tuesday (11/11).

According to Saefullah, his party will recruit six CPNSs with engineering degrees who are all this time employed as drivers for urban village heads. Unfortunately, he refused to disclose the identities of those six CPNSs.

City Gets Additional 1,000 CPNS Formations

“There are six people whom I would withdraw, because future cadres (civil servants) must be smart kids. I am still looking for their existence to be stationed here (City Hall) or in municipality level,” he said.

In addition, Saefullah assessed that CPNS placement in urban village is very important. This is because aside as the spearheads of services to the citizens, CPNS placement in urban village can also become means for the CPNS to socialize and know the field.
